Customer Review Lethal Weapon - Great sequel - 4 out of 5  (4/16/2002) One of Donner's better pictures and one of the best sequels you'll find out there this side of Empire Strikes Back, Godfather II, and a select few of the Star Trek films. This director's cut is a welcome reinstatement of this picture's entertainment value. Some have questioned some of the added scenes on the first pictures new special edition DVD release, but few can argue with the additions made here. They'll only make you laugh harder.
